Kalman & Company is seeking to hire a cleared Program Analyst III for an onsite position located onsite in Edgewood, MD.
Job Duties
- Provide functional support to the JPEO-CBRND Enterprise for current and future Information Systems required to be used by the JPEO-CBRND, such as Program Management Resource Tool (PMRT), and Defense Acquisition Visibility Environment (DAVE).
- Conduct audits in JPEO-CBRND, Army, and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Information Systems including, but not limited to, PMRT, and DAVE to provide status updates on the existence and completeness of the information required in those systems as mandated by policy.
- Assist the team lead with the planning, development, initiation, and execution of projects.
- Perform planning and scheduling of meetings and activities for the Chief of Acquisition and Analytics (CAA).
Review and prepare clear and concise briefings, documentation, reports, and other supporting information to support trainings, workshops, and other informational exchanges provided to the JPEO-CBRND Enterprise to aid in the implementation of internal or external policy changes and guidance.
Assist in the drafting and development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Business Rules for the CAA.
Coordinate (e.g., preparing and staffing agendas, etc.), participate in, and document (i.e., meeting minutes) team meetings.
Populate Acquisition Decision Memorandum (ADM) action items into the PMRT and provide status metrics to JPEO-CBRND Senior Leadership outstanding ADM actions.
Required Education/Qualifications:
- US Citizenship is required.
- An Active Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
- Shall possess experience in project management, DoD acquisition, research and analysis, and program operations.
- Shall have the working knowledge of the acquisition processes and policies as outlined in the DoDI) 5000.02, relating it to product development, production, and sustainment
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition and life cycle management policies, procedures, and practices
- Must have an ability to write, review, and staff high-level staff action papers, studies, policies, and acquisition documents
