Akkodis is seeking a Program Analyst for a Contract job with a client in Chicago, IL(Hybrid). The role involves leading research projects, integrating data insights, and collaborating with vendor teams to enhance the platform and improve guest experience initiatives.
Rate Range: $62/hour to $64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Program Analyst job responsibilities include:
Leading the design and execution of research projects to drive experience improvement initiatives program.
Developing data collection mechanisms, performing statistical analysis, and presenting insights to the team and business partners.
Managing and executing tasks related to feature expansion, including testing new feedback channels and optimizing existing programs.
Collaborating with vendor teams to implement platform enhancements and integrate new capabilities.
Creating project schedules, aligning resources, and preparing meeting materials for cross-functional teams.
Designing and implementing closed-loop processes to act on guest feedback and integrating findings into the client platform.
Managing software platform enhancements, including dashboard/reporting changes and data extracts, and documenting product feature requirements.
Desired Qualifications:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field.
3+ years in applied research, customer experience, or employee experience, with 2+ years in management or technology implementation.
Experience with statistical modeling software (preferably SPSS) and customer experience software.
Strong analytical skills, critical thinking ability, and experience with Excel-based modeling.

Pay Details: $62.00 to $64.00 per hour
