This is a hybrid role in San Diego, CA 92129 (2-3 days onsite/week)
Required Skills:
•3-5 years change management and strategic communications experience required.
•Experience with Procurement operations, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Supplier Data Management, Strategic Sourcing, Source to Contract, and 3rd party risk management required.
•Experience delivering change management initiatives for AI related and automated experiences.
•Able to work from the San Diego office as needed.
•Experience with Coupa, Aravo platforms preferred.
•Experience producing digital content (infographics, video editing) for internal and external websites.
•Proficient in communications and training content authoring systems such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, LumApps, Degreed, and Loom.
•Proficient in collaboration and productivity systems such as Google & Microsoft Application and Slack.
•Experienced in project management and leading cross-functional teams to successfully achieve business goals.
•Adept and resilient within a high change environment focused on long term opportunities.
•Solution-oriented within a data-led and data-driven approach.
•Experience leading complex programs of work with multiple stakeholders/partners.
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other quantitative discipline preferred.
•Culturally aware; experience communicating with a global audience.
•Experience working in the High-Tech or Financial Services sector preferred.
Job details:
•Develops and executes effective communications for project stakeholders in alignment with the GBS and Corporate Communications standards and governance process.
•Understands & interprets stakeholder landscape, expectations, and key opportunities to shape and drive change management activities.
•Expert at determining the right resources, operating mechanisms, communications and training needed to gain alignment and to manage change Knows how to best leverage various traditional and digital communication channels to create and manage targeted and integrated communication and training programs for both an internal employee audience and externally to enable third parties.
•Creates compelling written content and visually engaging graphics; uses digital assets and video to enhance impact and messaging, as appropriate.
•Partners across Finance and with Technology 4 client, Corporate Communications, and other cross-functional partners to implement any large-scale communication and training programs.
•Leverages central client Learning & Development organization's instructional design and facilitation methodologies to ensure consistency and the highest level of performance.
•Owns the design, structure and maintenance of Employee.
•Experience project content on the intranet, collaboration portals, and learning management systems; evaluates effectiveness and directs continuous improvement efforts
•Customer obsessed- gets inspired by the customer problem and partners with process owners to inspire changes, or education and outreach Influences and drives decisions by crafting a clear point-of-view that includes options, proposed data-backed recommendations, and rationales.
•Crafts a compelling, data-backed case for change and creates powerful messages to drive adoption of changes, with guidance.
