+ Requirement: Prior marketing experience is required, preferably with a background in hospitality/food service and excellent MS Office skills.


+ Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary



Job Summary: The primary function of the Program Admin is to provide administrative support for on-site programs and initiatives. This role will assist in training & educating others on the program’s initiatives, as well as provide any necessary support for the continued development of the business programs and initiatives.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities:



+ Provides technical or administrative support for programs or issues.


+ Provides training to all foodservice associates. Such as recycling, composting, and proper waste disposal.


+ Assists with the development of reports to communicate the effectiveness of current initiatives to programs and ensures recognition for all successful endeavors.


+ Monitors and applies for current and future certifications


+ Collaborates with stakeholders to support program initiatives


+ Reviews and revises sustainability proposals or policies.


+ Supports project goals, objectives, initiatives, and strategies


+ Research trends related to business or site program/initiative to implement.


+ Performs other duties as assigned.



Preferred Qualifications:



+ Minimum two plus year’s prior experience in marketing.


+ Background or interest in hospitality/food


+ Proficient in MS Office; experience with Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and CMS systems a plus.


+ Multi-task in deadline-driven team environment, adjust to changing priorities
