Being a Program Administrator Has Its Advantages!

As a Program Administrator of our campus group homes at Devereux PA Adult Services, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. You will oversee internal operations of an array of IDD & behavioral health programs while ensuring quality programming, regulatory compliance, adherence to professional demands, and the monitoring of functional viability.  You will also create systems that allow Center leadership to develop programs, services and standards to meet the current and anticipated needs of key internal and external customers, including individuals served, families, and funding, licensing and other regulatory agencies.

This position ensures that fiscal controls are in place to safeguard funds while allowing the Center to accomplish its programmatic mission. You will assist in implementing strategies to address changing markets or reduce unwarranted risk. You will also assist in the implementation of positive consumer and community awareness programs and activities. Program Administrators are also involved in Center/organizational development/fund raising activities.

- Annual Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,500

EDUCATION: Master’s Degree in Human Services, Business, Health Care, Education, Vocational Education, or related field.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of five years of senior administrative, management, and/or leadership experience within Devereux or a comparable organization.

- Must have & maintain valid driver's license

- 21 years of age or older
