Overview:
DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Program Administration Specialist II to join our IRS Operations Service Support (OSS) 10K New Hire team. The Program Administration Specialist II will collaborate with the UNS Hardware Asset Management team to enhance the quality and accuracy of asset and inventory data. The role involves updating the IRS' HP Asset Manager database and working closely with Project and Task Managers to support administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with ticket management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Duties & Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the UNS Hardware Asset Management team to improve asset and inventory data accuracy.
- Manage and update asset records in the IRS' HP Asset Manager database.
- Assist Project and Task Managers in preparing presentations and reports.
- Handle ticket management and resolve requests for asset and inventory issues.
- Provide clear communication to internal stakeholders and teams.
- Active Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
- Completed IRS Minimum Background Investigation or ability to clear IRS Minimum Background Investigation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Experience with ticket management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to assist Project and Task Managers with various administrative tasks.
