Program/Account Manager - Path Engineering

As a Program/Account Manager (also known as Project Manager, Customer Account Manager), you'll lead and manage customer accounts and projects in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on injection molding. Your duties will include regular reviews with management, maintaining strong customer relationships, managing program budgets, and coordinating interdepartmental activities.

• Bachelor’s degree (technical engineering field preferred) and 2-3 years related experience in program management role in manufacturing industry, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Experience with injection molding and knowledge in the design of injection molds.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, and ability to lead and motivate others.
