About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Professional Services Specialist with experience working with commissions processing to join our Professional Services team. You will play a crucial role in collaborating with our clients to ensure successful setup, configuration, and utilization of the commissions processing features within the AgencyBloc platform. This will include a mixture of training, explanations of best practices, and direct setup. As part of this collaboration, you will be prepared to offer guidance on best practices, and industry trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance commissions management and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the successful adoption and utilization of Commissions+ among our clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique commissions management needs, requirements, and workflows.
- Offer strategic guidance and recommendations on configuring and customizing the AgencyBloc platform to align with client’s specific commissions structures, business rules, and workflows.
- Provide comprehensive setup, training, and support to ensure clients fully leverage the commissions processing features as necessary.
- Provide expert insights and advice on best practices for optimizing commissions setup and utilization within the AgencyBloc platform.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your deep industry knowledge and experience to deliver insights and recommendations.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients to promote long-term partnership and mutual success.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to insurance commissions management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills/Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or closely related field desired and three to five years relevant experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience working in the life and health insurance industry, with a focus on commissions management, agency operations, or a related role.
- Thorough understanding of insurance products, and commissions structures across various lines, including life insurance, and health insurance.
- Proficiency with commissions processing software required with a preference for experience with AgencyBloc Commissions+.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working with technology and motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a fast paced entrepreneurial team environment.
