As Corporate Communications Specialist, you will be:

• Responsible for site presentation and governance and will support the development of multiple site and page updates across intranet.
• Work across departments to understand requirements and goals for the sites being migrated to new technology.
• Provide recommendations on how to best present their content.
• Create and refresh pages based on requirements and content shared.
• Support Site Owner and author requests with troubleshooting, adding web parts, arranging layouts based on governance and general content updates.
• Collaborate daily with team members to ensure alignment across site projects.
• Collaborate with IT partners on related efforts like troubleshooting.
• Support testing of new or updated platform-related technologies
• Project and task management

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint Online and 2 years in Modern Sites technology
• HTML experience
• Understanding of the digital landscape and trends
• Be able to navigate a highly matrixed, complex organization, develop strong peer relationships, and challenge the status quo while driving alignment.
• Bring creativity, innovation, industry knowledge, and team priorities to every assignment and be able to identify opportunities to use data to improve our work.
• Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Corporate Communications, Marketing, or Internal Communications, Adobe Analytics and Workfront experience, SharePoint Search optimization

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $55- $57 Per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
