Professional Land Surveyor | Sr. Project Manager - Davron LLC

We are seeking a Professional Land Surveyor / Senior Project Manager to join our growing team in Aurora, Illinois. Specializing in private sector projects, we work on diverse and exciting developments, including retail, commercial, office buildings, and warehouses, ranging from 1 acre to over 200 acres. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a highly specialized team and advance into a VP position within the next few years.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Professional Land Surveyor / Senior Project Manager position include:

• Illinois Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
• 10+ years of experience in private sector surveying, with at least 2 years in project management
• Proficiency in analyzing title commitments and land boundaries.
• Must have experience with Boundary, Topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and other survey types.
• Excellent skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and other computer/technical applications.
• Managing projects through research, fieldwork, CAD, and project management phases.
• Overseeing a team of party chiefs and coordinating with field crews.
• Preparing proposals, ensuring project scope compliance, and completing projects on time and within budget.
• Maintaining good relationships with clients and staff, and providing accurate billing for projects.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
