Qualifications and responsibilities for this Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) position include:

Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) licensure or actively pursuing it.
Expertise in topographic surveys, boundary surveys, construction staking, as-builts, and plats/ALTA surveys.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating surfaces and calculating staking points.
Extensive experience in residential and commercial projects.
Stamp and certify survey documents and drawings.
Conduct quality control for surveys and related documents.
Oversee topographic and boundary drawings, as-builts, and ALTA designs.
Write legal descriptions and assist with permitting paperwork.
Engage with clients and assist in preparing proposals and project estimates.
Monitor project performance and address design questions or conflicts.
Participate in construction staking and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.

Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
