Qualifications and responsibilities for this Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) position include:

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in Kentucky (or eligibility for reciprocity).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field with at least 5 years of professional surveying experience.
• Conduct and manage topographic, As-Built, Boundary, Title, and construction site surveys.
• Photogrammetry and LIDAR workflows
• Application of State Plane Coordinate Systems and Metes and Bounds Descriptions
• Proficient in Leica Cyclone, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Excel.
• Plan and execute fieldwork while ensuring compliance with surveying standards and safety regulations.
• Train and supervise field crews and ensure accurate field data collection and equipment maintenance.
• Knowledgeable in boundary determination, title research, and legal property descriptions.
• Available to travel up to 50% to project sites.
• Unique Opportunity – apply traditional Land survey techniques and practices to cutting edge Building Modelling for Vertical Infrastructure projects.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
