Viviano Flower Shop is currently hiring an experienced Professional Floral Designer/Sales Associate to join our talented team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design floral arrangements
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
- Answer and assist customer phone calls.
- Listen to customer needs and provide product recommendations.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months experience as a professional floral designer at a retail flower shop within the past 5 years.
- Willing to complete a bench test as part of the interview process.
- Previous retail sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.
