Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Professional Educational Specialist for a contract position in Maple Grove, MN. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Position Summary: Focused on supporting the Professional Education (ProfEd) team for PI Vascular, with a particular focus on Fellows and Physicians-in-Training. This role will be responsible for creating an updated database to track academic programs & key personnel and to rebase line our contemporary market knowledge. This will enable the ProfEd team to better define & operationalize tactical plans.

Position Summary: Focused on supporting the Professional Education (ProfEd) team for PI Vascular, with a particular focus on Fellows and Physicians-in-Training. This role will be responsible for creating an updated database to track academic programs & key personnel and to rebase line our contemporary market knowledge. This will enable the ProfEd team to better define & operationalize tactical plans.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- The ProfEd Summer Hire role is responsible for the creation & completion of a database to collect and track ACGME accredited programs for the International Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, and Vascular Surgeon subspecialties; as well as the Program Directors & Fellows/Physicians in Training within those programs/institutions.
- Works with field organization to gather information and communicate with external customers.
- Works with the Sr. Professional Education Specialist and Program Coordinator to understand database needs and applications.
- Create a project plan to complete the database by end of the term.
- Train the ProfEd team on use and maintenance to ensure appropriate evaluation and presentation of data, interpretation, and documentation.
- Present summary of database to Senior Leadership as the capstone.
- Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
Qualifications:
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written
- MS Excel mastery
- Ability to manage a project, work independently, and be self-motivated to meet deliverables on time and with quality deliverables
- Ability to work effectively with others in a matrix environment
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in progress or complete
