-Group is in charge of ensuring NERC Compliance within Projects & Constructions -Assisting in documentation, reviews, active management of documents and records, developing and managing process -Ideal candidate will have a 4 year degree with NERC background but doesnt need to be a subject matter expert. familiar with NERC Audits
-2-4 years of relative experience
-Highly administrative role
-Utility experience a plus, energy background -Local candidates
-8 hr day, start at 8AM or 9AM.
Job Description: Job Responsibilities
Accountable for the access management of Projects and Construction NERC CIP information repository and ensuring compliance documentation including authorization records are maintained.
Accountable for ensuring Projects and Construction NERC CIP Supply Chain Risk Management processes, procurement forms and risk mitigation plans are managed and completed in accordance with internal process documents.
Responsible for working collaboratively with various NERC subject matter experts (SMEs) to support procedure and process development for NERC standards impacting the Client Projects and Construction group.
Responsible for document development, including NERC RSAWs, and providing evidence for internal assessments and external engagements such as audits, certifications and spot-checks. Responsible for working with the SMEs to support the necessary plans for audit preparation and NERC CIP mitigation activities.
Accountable for meeting critical NERC CIP reporting deadlines and assisting the Manager Contract Admin & Supplier Performance in the understanding of regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in related discipline, e.g., Engineering or Compliance or 2-3 years equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Outlook
