Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards, the Professional, Compensation Analyst will be a detail-oriented team player responsible for supporting the planning, administration, and implementation of all compensation programs and policies. This individual will collaborate with human resource business partners, recruiting partners, and all levels of management to deliver world-class compensation consulting and solutions. A successful individual will use their analytical skills to problem-solve pay issues, develop reporting, identify trends, and collaborate with the team. They will also continuously seek opportunities to improve compensation processes and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Job Description:

A successful individual will use their analytical skills to problem-solve pay issues, develop reporting, identify trends, and collaborate with the team. They will also continuously seek opportunities to improve compensation processes and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Develops and participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine the company's competitive position.
- Maintain systems that support the survey submissions and ongoing market pricing.
- Analyze data from survey sources to determine competitiveness both internally and externally.
- Administer compensation processes within Workday for salary planning and bonus processing, including end-of-cycle reporting.
- Design and prepare ad hoc compensation and budget-related reports for management.
- Analyze country-specific data and relevant market trends, develop salary structures and market pricing recommendations.
- Ensure company compliance with country-specific regulations and laws, including reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with HRBP to analyze compensation recommendations, implement and administer compensation policies and programs. Review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies, and practices.
- Recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems.
- Reviews requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignments. Formulate recommendations regarding the development of company salary structure, FLSA exemptions, and job revisions.
- Review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommends appropriate courses of action.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education & experience) in Business Administration or related field with minimum of 2+ years' experience in a business environment. MBA preferred.
- The ability to quickly acquire knowledge and skill applicable to compensation analysis and apply to compensation review, principles and best practices; benchmarking and market pricing processes; and job evaluation concepts and methodology required.
