1. Representing clients in product liability litigation cases, including trial preparation, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Products Liability Attorney position should have:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active membership in the California State Bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on product liability cases.
4. Strong knowledge of federal and state product safety regulations and industry standards.
5. Proven track record of successfully managing product recall situations
