PRODUCTION WORKERS - Pinnacle Staffing, Inc

Pinnacle Staffing is now accepting applications for production operators at Advance Pierre Foods.  Starting pay is $9.25/hr. All positions are eligible for permanent hire after 90 days. Clean background and ability to pass a drug screen required. 

Production Operator Minimum Requirements

Lift 30 lbs at waist frequently/from floor

Bend, reach, and carry constantly

Repetitive hand motion

Work in a hot or cold environment

Stand continuously for up to 10 hours

Applications will be taken at NC Works and Goodwill in Statesville and Conover North Carolina.

Sandwich Assembly

• Assembler - $10.00- $10.50 per hour

            Places various components on a moving conveyor line to assemble primarily       frozen sandwiches. Must be able to work at a speed of 60-80 per minute.

• Packer - $10.25- $10.75 per hour

Examines and inspects all sandwiches before packing into boxes. Must be

able to work at a speed of 60-80 per minute.

• Supply - $10.75- $11.25 per hour

To keep food bins full of product and maintain trays and liners. Responsible for

general housekeeping duties.

• Stacker - $10.75- $11.25 per hour

To label boxes and stack on pallets for shipment.

Bakery

• Packer - $10.25 - $10.75 per hour

To inspect and package bread products.

• Stacker - $10.75 - $11.50 per hour

To label boxes and pallets of finished goods.
