Production Worker - Spherion

Spherion is currently recruiting for Production Workers for the Hewitt area. The position will to workers to efficiently unpack, inspect, and repackage products weighing up to 50 lbs while maintaining high quality standards. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety protocols and contribute to inventory management and quality control efforts.

Responsibilities:
Unpack and repackage products up to 50 lbs.
Inspect repackaged items for defects and ensure compliance with specifications.
Keep accurate records of repackaged items and assist in audits.
Follow safety protocols while handling products to maintain a safe environment.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Lift and move items (up to 50 lbs) throughout the shift.
Ensure products are repackaged correctly and meet standards.
Collaborate effectively with team members for smooth operations.
