is currently recruiting for an experienced individual to be our next Production
Worker and join
our team in our Plant City, FL 33566 location.

About
the Role:
The Production
Worker is responsible for unloading product deliveries, staging materials, and
assisting with organizing and maintaining existing inventory. The position
requires the ability to work both independently and in assigned groups to
support operations in the alternative fuel manufacturing business. Employees
will sort both inbound and outbound streams, as will be required to always
follow NuCycle Energy policies and procedures.
What You
Will Do:
Core
duties and responsibilities include the following.
- Load
handling to include trailer loading/unloading and sorting/staging materials in
a variety of sizes & configurations. - Lift loads
of up to fifty (50) pounds (without straining oneself). - Complete
reports, load tickets or work forms. - Visually
identify and separate “nonconforming materials” from incoming loads. - Safely
operate equipment, work around operating equipment, manually manage non-uniform
packages and objects (picking, pulling, pushing) as needed – perform heavier
lifts/moves as needed. - Maintain
inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in
stock, record location of inventory. - Prepare
finished stock for shipment. - Document
product shipments. - Conduct
housekeeping and clean-up functions. - Work
assigned shifts, overtime as needed, day shift, mid shift, night shift,
weekends, and holidays. - Performs
other related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Our
Perfect Candidate
Education and Experience:
- High
school Diploma or equivalent. - Mobile
equipment operator a plus: Folk lift, Loader, Bobcat, skid steer. - Understand
instructions, procedures and policies and communicate in English. - Strong
diligence.
Working
Shifts: Looking to FILL the following
SHIFTS.
- Sunday
thru Thursday from 5:15am to 1:45pm - Tuesday
thru Saturday from 1:30pm to 10pm - Split
Shift
– Friday & Saturday from 5am to 3:30pm AND Sunday & Monday
from 1:30pm to 12 Midnight
Required
Environment and Physical Abilities:
- Must be able to work
in an environment that could have elevated noise levels. - Must be able to work
in an environment with nuisance dust. - Must be able to work
in an environment with presence of industrial and vehicle operations.
Physical
Requirements:
- Must be physically
able to perform work assigned. - Access all areas
within a site which could include heights of 30+ feet, confined spaces,
climbing ladders or stairs, and common use of man lifts wearing a safety
harness. - The work will be in
an indoor manufacturing facility. - The employee will be
exposed to the following working conditions: Heat, noise, vibration, oils,
greases, solvents, and atmospheric conditions such as dust. - The employee will be
required to perform the following actions (from time to time): Standing,
walking, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, talking, seeing, hearing, and
sitting. - Ascend and descend
stairs and stationary vertical ladders as part of normal work activity and
emergency egress situations. - Able to carry/lift/move/push
up to 50 lbs. - Close vision,
distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, corrected or otherwise.
