Positions may require candidates to:

• Assemble, Operate Machines and Packaging
• Install fabricated cloth onto assembled window and door frames.
• Effectively utilize hand tools, air tools and a tape measure
• Ensure high quality of assembled parts and adherence to customer requirements.

Applicants should be reliable, work well in a team environment, and have the ambition to meet and exceed personal and company goals.

Starting pay is $20 an hour for General Production!

• Performance incentive bonuses (monthly productivity bonus)
• Screener can earn up to $23 an hour withing 6 months!

• Maintain a clean and organized (5S) work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive motions using the arm, wrist, and shoulder.
• Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach with hands at arm’s length with a break every 2 hours.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance.
