Schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking Production Worker 1 for our Production Team in Stockton, California.

Basic Function:

Perform various procedures which may include winding, assembly, solder, tin, strip and cut wire, glue, coat, varnish and use test machines. Production Worker 1 must read and interpret the work instruction and then complete the required process. They must maintain a quality standard that complies with the guidelines established by their supervisor; as well as with the instructions that accompany each job.

The Production Worker 1 reports to:

Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Always keep safety foremost; follow all safety rules and procedures.
2. Inspect their own work and ensure that each job is completed 100% correctly every time, at a high level of quality.
3. Arrive at work on time and return from breaks on time.
4. Do the job assigned as quickly and efficiently as possible.
5. Cooperate with supervisor and other employees.
6. Keep the work area clean and neat.
7. 100% compliance with work instructions accompanying each job.
8. Read the work instructions and understand the work instructions.
9. Follow supervisor's instructions carefully.

Qualifications:
