Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Technician to join our team in Greenville, WI. In this role, you will play an essential part in our production operations, ensuring machinery and processes run efficiently and products meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment.
- Assemble, inspect, and package products according to specifications.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
