We are seeking a talented and energetic Architects to join our design group. Job description: As a Program Architect, you will work with project teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth work environment with bright and talented engineers, architects, designers, builders, crafters, and manufacturers to improve and deploy a prototype building program and to build an alternative to the traditional construction industry. From desk to factory floor to job sites and client meetings, you will be challenged to develop your skills in a new field, taking a critical role in project delivery via the DMC methodology

Production leaders have the role of ensuring manufacturing is advanced as a visually controlled, continuous flow pull system that is constantly improving. The expectation is that a new leader should first understand the systems currently in place, provide assessment of where the system needs improvement, develop plan for improvement, review plan with the broader group for input and then deploy improvements rapidly. Repeat frequently.
The position is responsible for assisting the Production Supervisors in managing the people, material, methods, and machines necessary to achieve efficient FLOW. It is a challenging and critical function, and the candidate will have significant opportunity for growth within the company.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving station continuous flow through safety, quality and delivery
- Manage team resources to meet production and takt goals
- Identify and elevate constraints
- Confirm quality through routine checks minimizing rework
- Lead form the front and work hands-on
- Assist in training new operators
- Ensure standard work methods are being followed
- Ensure 5S standards are maintained and improved
- Ensure tools, parts and materials are supplied to maintain flow
- Have working knowledge of skill sets, activities and time required to complete tasks
Required Skills:
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- High energy personality with a hands-on, lead-by-example leadership style
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Demonstrated self-leadership skills
- Strong team player
- Satisfactory performance and attendance record (no written warnings)
