- Production support resolving incident tickets on a daily basis.
- Work with Vendors for upgrade, issues, root cause analysis.
- Process Automation and scripting activities
- Creating new dashboards and alerts through monitoring tools
- Deployment and support
- Problem management for repetitive issue
Salary
90,000 - 100,000 /year
