Administrative Assistant Production Support (Accounts Payable)
6+ month contract
Irving, TX (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
Assist with IT billing tasks that include processing of AP invoices, processing of expense vendor invoices, preparing billing allocations, and e-filing AP documents and invoices.
Perform purchasing tasks related to IT equipment, including processing purchase requests; maintaining inventory control system; and maintaining the good order of our stock room.
Performs systems administrative tasks that include performing daily and weekly tasks for Learning Management system, Intranet system, and Product Data Management system.
Requirements:
Associate degree in Accounting or Business Administration
2+ years of experience
Work experience should include accounts payable, spreadsheet analysis, customer service in an office environment, and general office administrative duties.
Ability to quickly learn computer software applications and procedures to administer them.
Ability to answer telephones and provide courteous, prompt, and efficient customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and listening skills.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Access) and Adobe Acrobat.
Proficient in general business math, including basic algebra and related logic.
Ability to type and perform data entry with speed and accuracy.
Background in retail or wholesale industries.
Highly detail oriented.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Estimated Min Rate: $20.00
Estimated Max Rate: $25.00
