SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for an experienced Production Control Supervisor for a client in Waukegan, IL. The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and assisting in the day-to-day operations and managing plant employees working on multiple production lines. This position will supervise, mentor, and develop a team of production associates to ensure that production deadlines are met efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will enjoy mentoring others and have a proactive, problem-solving mentality. Demonstrated leadership abilities is a must!

- Review production schedules an work orders to determine material requirements and priorities.
- Leads operators and material handlers in the manufacturing process.
- Audits (Bill of Materials) accuracy in our ERP system for quality production.
- Troubleshoot production reporting errors and variances.
- Manage OEE effectiveness from Real Time reporting to ensure machines are running optimally.
- Analyze information and evaluate results to solve problems.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Experience working in manufacturing environment preferred, but not required
- Demonstrate initiative; results oriented; willingness and ability to institute change
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills, along with exceptional organization skills
- Motivated to grow and develop skills for advancement
- Proficient computer skills
