Production Supervisor - Gpac

A Production Supervisor with 5+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing setting is needed in the Houston area. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of production workers in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing facility. This position will work closely with the production manager to plan, coordinate, and monitor the production process, ensuring that all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and delivered on time to meet customer demand.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overseeing and managing the production process from start to finish.
• Ensuring that all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
• Managing and training production staff.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborating with other departments to improve processes and procedures.
• Meeting production targets and deadlines.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years' experience in a manufacturing production supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with industrial manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with MRP/ERP systems.
