Production Supervisor
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $50-60K/DOE
Location: Rosharon, TX
Experience: 3-5 years

Production Supervisor Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and high-quality output
• Manage and coordinate production staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures in the production area
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Analyze production data and prepare reports for upper management
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule equipment repairs and preventive maintenance
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure adequate materials for production
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met consistently
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, address concerns, and share feedback
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with other departments to align production goals with overall company objectives
Skills Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software
• Thorough understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of quality control processes and regulatory compliance in the healthcare industry
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in manufacturing settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
