Production Supervisor - Premier Global Links

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM (with potential overtime on Fridays)

What Youll Do

As a Production Supervisor, you will:

• Lead and empower your team to embrace continuous improvement and eliminate waste.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive environment where every team member feels valued.
• Ensure team members are trained in safety, quality, equipment operation, and 5S principles.
• Collaborate with technical staff for seamless operational support.
• Set and achieve annual goals aligned with key performance metrics.
• Proactively address process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce inventories.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations and union interactions.
• Utilize lean manufacturing practices, including Kaizen and Kanban, to streamline processes.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with mechanical and hydraulic press operations and die setup/maintenance.
• Proven leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and team supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations.
• Experience in assembly line supervision.
• Knowledge of production scheduling, process control, and lean manufacturing methodologies.
