As a Production Supervisor, you'll oversee hourly employees and help carry out production and logistics plans. You'll manage the operations of your shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly in areas like production, warehouse, safety, and quality.

Production Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production and logistics plans with your team.
• Operate production lines following FDA guidelines and safety programs.
• Direct operators in their tasks, including receiving, processing, packaging, and shipping.
• Manage shift changes and daily production standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues and Support Lean Training initiatives as needed.

Production Supervisor Skills Needed:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Experience with process, packing, and mechanical operations is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
