About the Job
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the quality and quantity of work and product produced are in accordance with the customer requirements, SOP's and API Specifications.
- Ensure the proper care/usage/storage of tools, equipment and product.
- Ensure the adherence to corporate policies, procedures, practices and specifications.
- Ensure the adherence to department policies, procedures, practices and specifications.
- Working normal shift schedule and hours, as required. Also any extended work schedule or days and/or hours as required.
- Perform duties as part of a group or in an individual type setting.
- Maintain assigned employee accountability of Safety, Quality and Performance.
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all tasks assigned by the department manager.

PREPARE FOR WORK AND PERFORM THE WORK ELEMENTS COMMON TO THE JOB SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Appropriate communication via radio, telephone and/or in person.
- Conduct daily Safety/Quality toolbox meetings.
- Guide and coach all assigned team leaders and members.
- Validation of accurate daily paperwork completion.
- Validation of proper departmental equipment maintenance.
- Validation of proper equipment start-up, set-up and operation.
- Validation of assigned employee training.
- Validation of proper material and quantity upon completion of product processing.
- Validation of the traceability and separation of properly and improperly processed material.
- Ensure the proper evaluation of processed products.
- Ensure that organization and cleanliness of work areas is maintained.
- Completion of Annual Performance Review for each assigned employee.
- Perform “One On One” reviews regarding Performance and/or Discipline.
- Scheduling of “Work” hours for assigned employees.
- Scheduling of “Time Off” for assigned employees.
- Validation and Approval of both “Work & Time Off” hours utilizing KRONOS.
- Enter and schedule both routine and non-routine maintenance utilizing SAP.
- Validation and scheduling of “Safety” training of assigned employees.
- All other tasks assigned by the department manager.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma.
- Prefer 2+ years of experience in the department.
