Role
As a Production Supervisor (also known as Operations Team Leader, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll be a hands-on leader, overseeing all activities related to safety, quality, cost, and morale across multiple lines on a single shift. You'll spend at least 80% of your time in production areas, supporting operations activities, leading daily shift meetings, and promoting safety and quality standards. You'll also coordinate with maintenance teams, support R&D and QA line trials, and monitor line performance to ensure product quality and adherence to customer formulas.

- 3+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a food manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality and hygiene requirements common in food manufacturing, and regulations such as USDA, FDA.
- Strong management, leadership, organizational, and scheduling skills. Experience leading Root Cause Analysis exercises is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred but not required. Bilingual – Spanish or Hindi is a plus.
- Proficient in Lean Manufacturing Principles, High-level Operations Analysis, and Leadership / People Management. Experience with ERP Software and Microsoft Works.
- Physical ability to work in and out of a cold environment, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
