As a Production Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our food manufacturing operations, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our customers. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a unique opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will be directly responsible for overseeing our production workflows, managing a dedicated team, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality in line with company standards and customer expectations.
Lead, coach, and manage a team of production employees, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Implement and monitor performance metrics for production processes, identifying areas for improvement and initiating necessary changes to enhance productivity and quality.
Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, quality control, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
Review production schedules and work orders, resolving any issues or bottlenecks in the production process.
Monitor equipment and machinery, coordinating maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and maintain optimal production levels.
Participate in budget development and cost tracking, striving to minimize production costs while maintaining product quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role within the food manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in production management and process improvement.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and other process improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong commitment to delivering quality results on time and within budget.
