Job Duties:
- Lead and supervise production team to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
- Enforce safety protocols and plan daily production schedules.
- Monitor processes, provide training, and implement best practices.
- Manage inventory levels and act as a liaison between management and staff.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' supervisory experience in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of low volume, high mix manufacturing methods.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MES systems.
- Passion for people and manufacturing.
