Position Description:
- Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements.
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts.
- Drive to exceed personal, team, Company goals by holding self & team to high performance standards through servant leadership.
- Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams.

Experience Required:
- 1+ years of supervisory and / or manufacturing experience.
- Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends.
Experience Preferred:
- Safety and quality experience
- Six Sigma: Black or Green Belt certified
- Knowledge of constraint management principles
- Prior experience managing a unionized workforce
- Education Required:
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
Additional Information:
- Process Coaches must be able to work all 3 crew patterns in the plant, which rotate every 3 months, as well as overtime as required.
- There are occasional extra production shifts on the weekend and Process Coaches are assigned to support those, as needed.
- The 3-crew patterns are as follows which account for arriving hour prior to the shift starting
- A-Crew: Monday-Thursday 5/5:30am-4:30pm
- B-Crew: Tuesday-Friday 5/5:30pm-4:30am
- C-Crew: Friday/Saturday 5/5:30am-4:30pm AND Sunday/Monday 5/5:30pm-4:30am
- It is important Process Coaches arrive before the production shifts begin on the crew assigned and remain afterwards to ensure employees are paid properly.
- There are times when the lines will run beyond the end of the shift.
