Production Supervisor from Cornerstone

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Production Supervisor for a medical device manufacturing client in the west Frisco, TX area. As the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in maintaining automated production equipment, supervising troubleshooting efforts, and guiding technicians and operators in best practices. Qualified candidates will have a strong background in high-speed automated equipment, technical problem-solving, and leadership. Requirements & Responsibilities for the Production Supervisor:

• Provide technical expertise in PLC programming, HMI applications, and motor controller systems.
• Oversee machine adjustments, repairs, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
• Train and supervise Automation Set-up Technicians and Machine Operators.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop solutions for production challenges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.

Compensation for the Production Supervisor:

• Direct hire
• Schedule: Monday-Friday (openings on 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd shift available)
• Pay: $30-33/hour (+/- based on experience) – shift differential for 2^nd and 3^rd shifts
• Location: 100% on-site in West Frisco
