We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing our day-to-day production operations. This position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who is committed to excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the daily operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring that production schedules are met within quality and cost objectives.
Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve productivity.
Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet production demands.
Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards, identifying any issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes, equipment performance, and product quality.
Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of materials from suppliers to production.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including engineering, quality control, and supply chain, to ensure production goals are met.
Train, guide, and motivate production workers, promoting a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in production management, inventory management, quality control, lean manufacturing, process improvement, supply chain management, and operations management.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality control standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing management software.
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in the manufacturing industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
