Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as industrial engineering, manufacturing, or business administration) or equivalent work experience

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment for third shift

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment

Familiarity with quality management systems and lean manufacturing principles.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and manufacturing software systems.

HACCP Training

Good analytical thinking skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Good knowledge of the implementation of policies & procedures

Good planning, organizing, and integration skills

Bi-lingual preferred but not required.
