Production Supervisor - Westrock Coffee

We are recruiting for a Production Supervisor for our manufacturing department.


* Direct and coach production operators in the execution of daily/weekly production schedule for multiple packaging lines.
* Efficiently meet and exceed production goals while maintaining safety, quality and productivity while minimizing waste
* Collaborate with the other departments for all production needs
* Review, interpret and analyze production data to determine if adjustments must be made
* Partner with Human Resources in the recruitment, hiring and training of personnel and other employee relations issues
* Encourage teamwork, and build morale among staff
* Provide strong leadership to staff in regards to professionalism, courtesy, adhering to policy
* May conduct period end inventory and routine raw material inventory
* Enforce and maintain SOP's, GMP's, and Safety guidelines
* Maintain time and attendance records and track performance for operators
* Perform other duties as assigned






* Five years supervisory experience in production environment
* BA/BS preferred. Associates degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Ability to train on any shift and work any shift as business needs dictate.
* Demonstrated professionalism, good work ethic and leadership skills.
* Sound math and analytical skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to manage and motivate personnel
* Strong initiative, ability to anticipate issues proactively.
* Intermediate computer skills to include Word, Excel, Outlook and AS400.
