Role
As a Machining Supervisor (also known as Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll direct, supervise, and coordinate machining operations for a team of 10-15 machinists. You'll be responsible for quality, quantity, economical manufacturing costs, and production schedules. Your role includes overseeing tool setups and machine operations, analyzing and diagnosing machining and tool problems, and collaborating with various departments to implement cost reduction and work simplification programs.
