What’s a typical day as a Production Supervisor? You’ll be:
• Coaching safety, quality, and productivity to ensure objectives are met through standardized work.
• Optimizing throughput in accordance with budgets and cost objectives while monitoring ANDON occurrences.
• Supporting Kaizen initiatives and coaching problem resolution to empower team members.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's Degree preferred) and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Are able to work any shift, including rotating shifts and weekends, with strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Demonstrate effective leadership behaviors, outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage a unionized workforce.
