Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the production line, ensuring that all production targets are met and that all processes are running efficiently and effectively.
Coordinate and manage the activities of the production team, providing guidance and support as needed.
Implement and enforce quality control and safety measures, ensuring that all products meet the company's high-quality standards and that all operations are carried out safely.
Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues, applying basic problem-solving skills to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Engineering and Quality Assurance, to identify and implement process improvements.
Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Prepare and present production reports, providing insights into production performance and recommending strategies for improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role within the Engineering industry.
Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving machine-related issues.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control measures, and safety protocols.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
