Production Supervisor at ICONMA, LLC

• As a Production Group Leader, responsible for supervising a group of employees to develop business processes, manage production operations and foster an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation.

Requirements:

• Ability to coordinate, manage and lead people.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage conflict.
• Basic computer proficiency (i.e. Microsoft Word, typing, email etc.)
• Prior supervision experience.
• Experience in Automotive manufacturing/production environment.
• Experience in a JIT (just in time)
• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
