Production Supervisor - CEO Inc.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Line Supervisor to oversee and direct our production line staff across several departments. The primary objective of this role is to ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will be adept at coordinating production activities with Maintenance, Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse departments to ensure a smooth operation.

Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead, train, and develop production line employees to foster a productive and cohesive team environment.
• Scheduling: Develop and manage personnel schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient production.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular visual inspections of the production line to ensure adherence to quality, labeling, and packaging standards.
• Data Tracking: Collect, review, and report on production data, including variances, to inform management decisions.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve daily production issues by collaborating closely with Customer Service, Purchasing, and Logistics teams.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of production line equipment processes and mechanics.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Language: Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Industry Experience: Experience in aluminum/plastic packaging, food, or consumer products industry is preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with GMP, quality, and hygiene standards relevant to food manufacturing.
