Immediate opening for a Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) in Brea, CA who possesses:
- Experience in electromechanical assembly, thru-hole PCB assembly, conformal coating chemical/polymeric bonding
- 6 months supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to create schedule for post-SMT departments to ensure proper coverage.
- Review production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operations delays.

FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Directly supervises area leads and employees in the assigned area of responsibility.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable laws.
- Ensure production requirements are met while working with subordinate supervisors to address problems/issues.
- Synchronizes labor to complete as much work as possible within timeframes.
- Review production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operations delays.
- Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties.
- Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of department or employees.
The selected candidate will also possess:
- High school diploma or equivalent, five years experience in electronics manufacturing.
- Prior experience in electromechanical assembly, thru-hole PCB assembly, conformal coating chemical/polymeric bonding.
- Recruit, supervise, and evaluate post-SMT departments staff.
- Create schedule for post-SMT departments to ensure proper coverage.
- Identify and schedule training for post-SMT department.
- Ability to provide leadership while motiving employees with trust and respect.

Salary Range: $22-$26/hr
