Summary:
The Production Supervisor, reporting to the Assembly Value Stream Manager, mentors the production team to ensure adherence to procedures for quality product output in a safe environment. They promote a positive work culture that values employee input.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Team Leads to manage production activities, maximizing resource utilization.
• Conduct regular product quality audits.
• Maintain high work standards and provide leadership.
• Assess employee skills and development needs; create training plans.
• Encourage team participation in improving production methods.
• Assist team members with procedures and equipment use.
• Conduct performance reviews and develop career plans.
• Address employee complaints and resolve issues per company policies.
• Advocate for a safety-focused culture.
• Understand and conform to company policies and objectives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Three years of supervisory experience in production.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety and processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience with ERP software; IFS knowledge preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Forklift operation skills or willingness to obtain a license.
• Basic reading and comprehension skills.
• Proficient with computers and understanding production schedules.

Hours: 2:30pm-1:15am M-TH (Fridays as needed for overtime)
Wage: Based on experience 

Physical Demands:
The role requires regular use of hands for handling tools and controls, frequent standing and walking, and occasional sitting.
