Production Supervisor - 2nd / 3rd Shift - JRG Partners

What You'll Do:

• Take charge of a team of 20 skilled professionals, driving them to meet and exceed production goals and quality standards.

• Guide and mentor your team through performance evaluations, hands-on training, and professional development initiatives.

• Oversee day-to-day operations during 2nd/3rd shift hybrid hours (e.g., 5 PM – 1:30 AM), with flexibility for occasional 1st-shift overlap for meetings.

What We're Looking For:

• Leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in regulated industries like medical devices, aerospace, or related fields.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to foster teamwork and resolve challenges effectively.

• Strong technical aptitude to quickly master our systems and processes, particularly in environments involving chemicals or tanks.

• A track record of responsibility and independence, especially on 2nd/3rd shifts.
