Production Supervisor (Central/Northern WI)

Due to retirements and internal promotions, an FDA-regulated food processing/packaging facility seeks talent for its Production Supervisory Team. This facility/organization offers growth, promotion, family culture, and employee loyalty.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the people and processes for your assigned functional area(s)
• Effectively utilize labor and other resources to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Perform managerial functions including, but not limited to: employee scheduling, performance management, disciplinary action, performance reviews, responding to employee questions and concerns, work direction, ensuring safe work practices, ext.
• Responsible for documentation, recordkeeping, and reports daily
• Perform work tasks on the floor as needed
• Conduct inspections of equipment and procedures
• All food safety and quality concerns/problems should be brought to the attention of personnel with authority to initiate action.

• Tactfully maintain confidentiality of information with employees and public

Education and Experience

• An Associate or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required
• Must have proven supervisory experience in an FDA-regulated environment of 3-5 years

Work Environment

This position is in a state-of-the-art production facility that includes many different types of machines and robotics. It is a clean, climate-controlled environment. The position is fast-paced and requires a safety mind at all times.

Compensation and Shift details

• M-F, an occasional Sat rotation
• Shift, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd (8.5 hr shifts so a supervisor will work 9.5 hrs)
• Up to 85K, depending on experience
