Production Specialist - Plastic Manufacturing - Spherion

Join a leading plastics company that produces essential consumer products, including plastic laundry detergent bottles, and play a crucial role in helping us deliver high-quality goods to households across the country.

Responsibilities:
Operate injection molding and extrusion machines to produce high-quality plastic products.
Ensure machines are functioning properly by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues as needed.
Monitor production quality and conduct inspections to ensure that products meet industry standards.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.

Working hours: 7:00 PM - 7:10 AM

Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot machinery.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Critical thinking abilities with a focus on problem-solving and efficiency.
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a similar production environment is preferred.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
